Please note that some Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Offices are not yet listed or active on the official Online Civil Service Examination Application System (OCSEAS). This means that not all regions currently accept online exam applications through the OCSEAS platform. In such cases, applicants are advised to directly monitor their respective CSC Regional Office’s official Facebook page for updates on exam schedules, booking links, and application procedures.

Each regional office regularly posts updates about the appointment link where you can schedule the submission of your application. Through this appointment link, you will be directed to an online form where you can fill in your personal details and choose your preferred date and time to personally submit your application form at the designated CSC office. Slots are limited and are often booked quickly, so it is highly recommended to follow the official Facebook pages of your region to get early access when new appointment links are posted.
