SSC
MTS notification 2024 has been published the Staff
Selection Commission on 02nd November 2023. The Staff Selection
Commission will hold a competitive examination in the month of July-August, 2024
to recruit eligible candidates for the posts of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical)
Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN).
Interested and eligible candidates can apply for these
posts by visiting the official website of the SSC from 07th May to 06th
Jun 2024.
Before
applying for the same candidates are advised to read this article, as we are
providing you with detailed information about the SSC MTS examination
here.
A General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted,
Non-Ministerial post in various Ministries, Departments, Offices of the
Government of India, and various Constitutional Bodies, Statutory Bodies,
Tribunals, etc., in different States and Union Territories, are both recruited
for through the national-level SSC MTS exam.

ELIGIBILITY
CRITERIA FOR SSC MTS 2024
Nationality
A candidate must be either:
(a) a citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the
1st January,1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from
Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United
Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire,
Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

(Multi-Tasking Staff) and Havaldar positions in the CBN (Department of
Revenue) require candidates to be between 18 and 25 years old. In other
words, candidates must have been born on or after August 2, 1998, and on or
before August 1, 2005. |

The eligibility criteria for Havaldar
positions in the CBIC (Department of Revenue) and certain MTS (Multi-Tasking

Educational Qualification
To be eligible for the positions of Havaldar in the CBIC
(Department of Revenue) and certain MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) posts, candidates
must have passed the Matriculation Examination or an equivalent qualification
from a recognized Board. The completion of this examination should be on or
before the cut-off date.
SSC MTS APPLICATION
PROCEDURE 2024
The online application process for the examination is
divided into two parts:
I. One-Time Registration
II. Filling out an online examination application
Follow
the below-mentioned steps, to complete the application process:-
1. Visit the official website of the SSC.
2. On the homepage, you will get a login tab, if you are
already a registered candidate of SSC then login with your login details
otherwise click on new registration and fill out the details for successful
registration.
3. After the registration, your login details will be
sent to your email id, log in with those credentials and go to the apply tab.
4. Go to the Others in the apply tab where you will get a
link to apply for “Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC
& CBN) Examination, 2024”.
5. After clicking on the link, candidates are required to
upload the scanned colour passport size photograph (in JPEG format (20 KB to 50
KB). Image dimension of the photograph should be about 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm
(height)) with the required documents.
6. Now, pay the application fee to complete the
application procedure.
Note:
If the registration process is not completed within 14 days of submitting basic
information, your data will be deleted from the system.

SSC MTS 2024 EXAMINATION

The computer-based exam will be administered
in two sessions, Session I and Session II, and presence in both sessions is
required. The candidate will be eliminated if they do not attempt any sessions.

In session 1, each correct answer is worth 3
marks, and there is no negative marking; in session 2, there will be a negative
marking of 1 mark for the wrong answer.

Candidates’ understanding of the basics of
the English Language, its vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms,
antonyms and its correct usage, etc. and to test comprehension, a simple

change in the SSC MTS exam pattern in previous year?
A. Yes, the SSC has changed the MTS Paper-1 exam pattern

A. 1558 vacancies are announced by the Staff Selection

Q. Is the SSC MTS
exam hard to clear?
A. SSC MTS 2023 exam is a national-level examination in
which questions are totally based on the matriculation level which is not hard
to pass. If you have a proper schedule for your studies then there is no one
who can stop you to achieve your goal.
Q. Anyone can
appear in the SSC MTS exam 2023?
A. Yes, those who have completed their matriculation and
at present, are between 18 to 27 years of age can appear in the examination.
